Access to courses within the app is granted only after the subscription fee has been paid.
The course subscription is intended for personal use exclusively.
While there are no device restrictions for logged-in subscribers, simultaneous logins with the same username from different devices are prohibited.
Users are required to sign up with a valid email ID, as OTPs will be sent to this email address for verification.
Any suspicious activity detected in an account will result in its permanent deactivation.
Refunds will only be processed in cases of a permanent service-related issue from A R STUDY DESK, while temporary issues that can be resolved do not qualify for refunds.

For online doubt clearing and crash courses, students are allowed to log in from a single device only. Multiple device logins will lead to permanent account suspension, with no refund provided.
